With more than 20 years of experience, I have integrated my love for fitness, exercise and wellness with my passion for Physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Specializing in orthopedic and sports medicine and with extensive training in manual therapy, I have taken advanced courses and completed my training to become a Certified Manual physical therapist (CMPT) through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).

Recognized as a vestibular rehabilitation specialist, I treat vertigo, dizziness, and work on balance retraining and fall prevention.

My certification in strength and conditioning (CSCS) from NSCA helped me build on my undergraduate degree of exercise physiology to provide optimal exercise programs for patients rehabilitating from injury or surgery, and develop post-rehab strength programs aiming to maximize performance and restore you to the highest functional level.

My extensive orthopedic experience, professional sports medicine knowledge and manual physical therapy skills were essential as a team physical therapist for USA alpine and freeski teams from 2018-2022, enabling the team to win three medals in the 2022 Beijing Olympics. Contributing 100% of my time and effort, I was recognized as the "backbone" of the team by my athletes. Continuing my contributions, I work with Team Great Britain and Team Canada as needed. I can help you overcome disabling limitations using an evidence based approach to treatment to reach your “Olympic” level.

I have been an avid athlete since I was “born with a soccer ball at my feet”. I also played field hockey, basketball and softball. I have fostered a profound understanding of the importance of strength and conditioning for all types of sports and athletes. Mammoth Lakes is my home where I enjoy recreating in the beautiful Eastern Sierra. In my spare time you can find me on my bike, hiking, skiing or doing yoga.

My academic journey includes a BS from the University of Florida in Exercise Physiology in 1995 and a Masters of Physical Therapy from Elon University in 2002.
